Julie Remold
Research Social Scientist
Julie Remold is a Research Social Scientist trained in Anthropology and Education. She works on design and evaluation of educational programs with an emphasis on the role of cultural context in teaching and learning processes.
Dr. Remold is new to CTL. Her previous research focused on the relationship between technology use and inequality Brazilian public schools. She has also worked on design and evaluation of mathematics distance learning programs and has experience in Physics education research focused on fostering student engagement in courses for pre-service science teachers.
